A very nice shopping experience, the products are easy to find and when the selected product is no longer available, the customer service calls you to offer a better product instead at the price of the selected product and offers you 2 boxes to apologize for the inconvenience. Delivery is very fast, within 48 hours you have the product at home. I like to order on their site. The products are very effective, in less than a month, you see the change. I highly recommend it.

You have good products but stick to fixed prices. The prices of your cosmetic products increase every year, think about your customers' wallets.

The site does not clearly indicate other delivery methods, although they are available; particularly at pickup points. Similarly, the promotions and discounts offered to boost orders do not seem sufficiently highlighted. Finally, browsing the site is easy; but it can still be improved. Otherwise, I was impressed by the speed with which requests are processed and the shipping carried out. Well done!
