Hello, I've just received my order on Reunion Island where it's very hot: 35°. My massage candle didn't resist to the temperature and is already ready to use as a very fluid balm, too bad for the fun. I've put it in the fridge while I wait to use it. Best regards Claire le Duff

I couldn't enter my gift voucher on the website. I had to call to place the order. Parcel received 1 week ago: I am still waiting for the castor oil (1litre) and have not received any written notification of this, although I have received the full invoice. It would be nice to have a confirmation that this line of my order is still to be delivered.
