Hello, I thought the 3-gram suppositories would be a bit bigger. Otherwise, I received everything well.

The products are of exquisite quality. But they sent me the one I didn't order and after two emails to which they don't bother to respond, I don't know if I will continue buying from them.

No, I received the product in a pitiful state. The plastic bag containing the cocoa tablets burst and it leaked into the envelope as well as into my mailbox.

Very happy with the products and the book purchased, unfortunately I had to pay a high customs tax :) so I wouldn't recommend it unfortunately

Response from Huiles & Sens
Hello Isabelle
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are sorry to hear that the smell of the oil does not meet your expectations. After checking, the rosehip oil you received is in perfect condition. This oil, when unrefined, has a quite pronounced natural smell, which some people may find surprising or less pleasant. However, it is its authentic scent, generally appreciated for its natural character.
If you wish to soften it, you can mix it with a more neutral vegetable oil or add 1 to 2 drops of essential oil (fine lavender, geranium rosat, rosewood) to customize your preparation.

I placed an order BHIYTPWSQ and paid for 4 bottles of essential oils. However, upon receiving the package, there was only one bottle inside, and the package was neither damaged nor opened. I left you a message on the contact form of the site asking you to send me the 3 missing bottles.

High quality essential and vegetable oils. Oils sold in glass containers, therefore without endocrine disruptors.
