First order Fully satisfied, following a small manufacturing problem, customer service was more than reactive and commercial and sent me back a replacement synergy. The essential oils are of very good quality. I recommend them.

OILS AND SENSES are wonderful! I've been a customer for twelve years. I know Entrechat, it's a great place for flower oils and senses. I took my bike around Vaison la Romaine! In distal family situations at the moment (my husband and celebraux damages) H & S are my friends for well being.

During holidays I visited the shop twice in 3 days. As an interested foreign visitor, I felt welcome and assisted very kindly and with patience by the staff. The vibe as well as the oils feel so good, I decided to bring a modest amount of bottles to introduce it to my Massage-practice in Holland.

Missing the gift in the package, the bottle I ordered for a gift had a Sissi imperatrice crest in addition to the brand! Not the one I received. No reply to my e-mail of dissatisfaction??? Lousy plastic stopper !!! Here's a photo of my order with the label I was supposed to receive

Response from Huiles & Sens
Sir, As we have just explained to you by e-mail, we have contacted the perfumer concerning the change of the bottle in relation to our photo on the site. He has just informed us that on the new series, the "Sissi Impératrice" sub-label is no longer affixed to the bottle. However, you'll find Sissi's portrait on the box and a descriptive note about her perfume in the box. We're sorry if this new packaging doesn't suit you. You can of course return the unopened bottle in its original packaging for a full refund. Concerning the gift, we have already replied by e-mail that it will arrive in a separate parcel which you should receive before the end of this week.
