Choice of quality products, clear explanations and fast, careful delivery. The possibility of advising on products according to use would be a plus.

Apart from the gift not included with each order, justifying the withdrawal of the fifth star. Fast delivery. I'm delighted with my ultra-practical diffusers, which are just what I wanted: no droplets, no prior handling. Also made storage pouches to slip into your bag to make them even more portable. Perfect for Christmas gifts.

Hello, I appreciated the speed and simplicity of the site. One point for improvement: the protection of the bottles during shipping.

The products correspond to what I ordered. The delivery times were very good But I give 3 stars because for the contents of my order I am sad to see all the little bits of plastic / polystyrene in my package. Isn't there another way of packaging products without plastic, newspapers/paper? Or other recycled materials?

Thank you very much for your comment. Our dunnage is made from 100% biodegradable corn. Except in certain cases where we re-use different dunnage material.

Missing the gift in the package, the bottle I ordered for a gift had a Sissi imperatrice crest in addition to the brand! Not the one I received. No reply to my e-mail of dissatisfaction??? Lousy plastic stopper !!! Here's a photo of my order with the label I was supposed to receive

Response from Huiles & Sens
Sir, As we have just explained to you by e-mail, we have contacted the perfumer concerning the change of the bottle in relation to our photo on the site. He has just informed us that on the new series, the "Sissi Impératrice" sub-label is no longer affixed to the bottle. However, you'll find Sissi's portrait on the box and a descriptive note about her perfume in the box. We're sorry if this new packaging doesn't suit you. You can of course return the unopened bottle in its original packaging for a full refund. Concerning the gift, we have already replied by e-mail that it will arrive in a separate parcel which you should receive before the end of this week.

Fast delivery, nothing to say, only negative point I would say is the lack of explanation on the site concerning the use of certain products, otherwise quality product.

I have received my order, and I am satisfied with the quality of the oils and the speed of shipment, but for the first time I had enormous difficulty in opening the bottles which, due to the reinforced security, cannot be opened except by using a knife to cut the small plastic ring under the cap... A dangerous operation which resulted in a wound on the inside of my palm. I had not encountered this problem with my previous order. Please let me know the opening method if there is one... Sincerely. Mireille B.

The Huiles & Sens team would like to thank you for your message. The trick to opening your EO caps more easily is to press (quite hard!) on the cap and turn it at the same time. See you soon in our store!
