Hello, I've just received my order on Reunion Island where it's very hot: 35°. My massage candle didn't resist to the temperature and is already ready to use as a very fluid balm, too bad for the fun. I've put it in the fridge while I wait to use it. Best regards Claire le Duff

When I placed my order, I was offered a welcome gift (to choose from). I selected it but it didn't appear in my basket. I added a comment to my order specifying the gift chosen, but I didn't receive it when my order was delivered.

it's a shame not to have any practical information on how to use the product, how to buy it and how to use it?

It's not practical to have small 5 ml bottles of EO. I have to order elsewhere to get 10 ml.

very happy with the products and the delivery but very bad surprise to have to pay a significant amount ( 30% of the total value) at the reception of the parcel, I did not have this information at the time of the order... probably wouldn't recommend because of this :(

Customer service that does not answer a simple question by e-mail: what are the reasons for the 10 euro increase in the 30 ml synergies, from 13.90 a bottle to 29.90? I would have liked an answer to my question!
