Apart from the gift not included with each order, justifying the withdrawal of the fifth star. Fast delivery. I'm delighted with my ultra-practical diffusers, which are just what I wanted: no droplets, no prior handling. Also made storage pouches to slip into your bag to make them even more portable. Perfect for Christmas gifts.

The products correspond to what I ordered. The delivery times were very good But I give 3 stars because for the contents of my order I am sad to see all the little bits of plastic / polystyrene in my package. Isn't there another way of packaging products without plastic, newspapers/paper? Or other recycled materials?

I'm usually very satisfied but not this time. I had ordered some bottles of bubble bath and one of the caps opened and the liquid spilled into the package :-( Little tip: Maybe think of putting a sticky paper to prevent the cap from opening ;-) Otherwise, there's nothing to say about the quality of the products and the delivery time.

I have received my order, and I am satisfied with the quality of the oils and the speed of shipment, but for the first time I had enormous difficulty in opening the bottles which, due to the reinforced security, cannot be opened except by using a knife to cut the small plastic ring under the cap... A dangerous operation which resulted in a wound on the inside of my palm. I had not encountered this problem with my previous order. Please let me know the opening method if there is one...
