Do not purchase anything from this company. After you pay for it, they let you know that you have to pay a tariff they go through DHL who didn’t charge 20% tariff that they said they was supposed to.instead they taxed on a much higher amount. The company agreed to give me a ribbon minus the and back. They did not do that then they sent me a text telling me it was going to be destroyed and I lost my money so I have no product and no money.. tap he started to send me belligerent emails being very rude about the situation. I remember they have my money and someone has my product. I think that’s qualified as theft by.Deception. DO NOT BUY PRODUCTS FROM THEM.

Excellent products with excellent value for money, usually delivered with punctual speed. The only exception was the DHL delivery on the 31st which did not arrive for a product that deteriorates if not kept at low temperature... I recommend notifying the courier of the priority of delivery due to deterioration to avoid returns and refunds and to postpone the delivery of products subject to deterioration when delivery cannot be guaranteed due to holidays...

According to the contracted transport which was GLS (arrival between 24 and 48 hours), it should have arrived today as it has been 48 hours, moreover since noon the order has been in my city disappointed but they have left it stopped, I imagine they did not feel like doing their job. So I have paid for a service that has not been provided to me and that has left me waiting at home for two days.

I have been writing to them for a week with no redponse! My receipt is for $294 and my credit card deduction is $360! How can they charge that ? I’ve asked 3x with no response ! Now DHL is asking for $65 to send the item which I still haven’t received .. so I paid them ship/handling and now I have to pay DHL also ??!! They need to answer me and address this issue of charging me more than the receipt amt.!!!very shady .., still wondering about this DHL charge too ..
