I bought this rejuvenator for my mom and haven't used it yet, so I can't provide a final opinion. However, the shipping experience was excellent; the product arrived quickly from France to Italy, and the ordering process was very organized. Their product range is very extensive, which is great. Everything went wrong! I ordered ages ago and the parcel simply didn't arrive. When I asked GLS, they said that there must have been an address error - but apparently this has been rectified. How can that be? I had given my address completely and correctly! GLS wrote that the parcel should arrive the next day. Of course it did not arrive! I then wrote to GLS that I no longer wanted the parcel after more than 3 weeks in the warehouse at current temperatures of 35 degrees, firstly because it cannot be that shipping takes so long and secondly because it is still a medical product that can no longer be used at such temperatures! After many messages to which I received no reply from hyaluronicfillermarket, they finally refunded me the purchase amount - but without the 17€ shipping!!!! How can that be? It is not my fault! I can't help this unprofessional dilemma. I will never buy anything here again!
