They sent me the wrong product and after sending several emails they answered me by google that they will refund me the money when the product arrives back. According to what I was informed by Correos the product arrived 10 days ago, and they do not answer my emails, they do not refund me the money and on top of that they keep the money. It is a full-fledged scam.

I never received my order. I sent 2 emails with no response! I will never order from you again. Really a very bad follow-up. Loss of 250€ for me!!! I put 1 star but it deserves 0.!

The company could have made recourse claims against the shipping company, but did not answer me after several requests when I asked them to do so, because as a private person you cannot make recourse claims yourself. If I could give 0 stars I would! I ordered hylase and unfortunately the product arrived broken! Despite pictures and contacting them several times, I only received a response after 1 week saying that they didn't believe me and therefore no refund would be made. They wanted to include the product with another order which I was supposed to pay for. Anyone who knows that hylase is used to dissolve hyaluronic acid knows that you only need the product once to dissolve it! Simply subterranean! Customer service then suddenly stopped answering me and apparently only wants the customer's money but doesn't want to deliver quality!

No effect. Used the 2 syringes I wonder what's in the product? Very disappointed. Lost 115 euros. What's more, it's cheaper on other sites! Sincerely

I placed the order on September 13th. When I received the email that my order was shipped I realized that the shipping address was wrong. I immediately reported the error. As of today I have had no response from Hyaluron Filler Market. The purchase was for the value of 162 euros. I am going to claim it through legal channels.
