I received very good service and received the order! There was a problem with the website that did not indicate to me that my first order was successful.. so I tried again 2 more times and was charged 3 times... by email... I was not receiving a response.. so I called from Canada and spoke with the person in charge who immediately refunded me for the 2 extra orders...
