If I could give 0 stars I would! I ordered hylase and unfortunately the product arrived broken! Despite pictures and contacting them several times, I only received a response after 1 week saying that they didn't believe me and therefore no refund would be made. They wanted to include the product with another order which I was supposed to pay for. Anyone who knows that hylase is used to dissolve hyaluronic acid knows that you only need the product once to dissolve it! Simply subterranean! Customer service then suddenly stopped answering me and apparently only wants the customer's money but doesn't want to deliver quality!

I placed the order on September 13th. When I received the email that my order was shipped I realized that the shipping address was wrong. I immediately reported the error.
