The face support surface is not fixed in it jumps out support means only against my costs have the thing not even owned 24 geschweifwedelt 4 hours used "we can repair it if you turn it in to us at your expense"

As indicated in our General Terms and Conditions of Sale, the return shipment is at the customer's expense.

Disappointed, do not want to take back an article ordered from them because when I filled in my delivery address I had it delivered to my place of work and I forgot to change the billing address which is the same by default. So my opinion is very negative even if I have nothing to reproach on the handling and shipping of the order made very quickly.

Sir, you placed an order with us as a professional using the name of the company where you work for billing purposes. We replied that the 14 days did not apply in this case.
Nevertheless, we accepted the return of the product and refunded your money on March 14, 2023.

Unfortunately, I was referred to the manufacturer for the defective cable, although the seller must take back the cable and take care of the damage. The manufacturer has of course also not reported, or responded to my e-mails. Too bad....

With the adapter I am satisfied, but I found it not good that the contents did not correspond to the picture. A short (about 30- 50 cm) 3 in 1 cable was not included, although it was displayed, even on the bill was the picture later to see again. They offered to find the cable and send it to me, but this did not happen. I was told that VIVE admits that the cable is not in the package, that the picture is faulty, but they could not find it. I was then offered to send it back if I wanted it. I found a 1m cable on the site and asked if they could send it to me if they couldn't find the very short cable. This was unfortunately denied. If one pays over 400 euros and one does not come, if it was a mistake of the Handler, I find really sad. I have now had to buy the 1 m cable itself, because I have not found the short also (5 meters on the head are just really too much, from the htc Vive). They could have at least offered to sell it cheaper. At least they have changed the image and the short cable is no longer zusehen, I hope the content this time is true and not more customers fall for it. I'm happy with the product and when the 1m cable arrives, it is still too long, but I think then you can get along with it better. Only think it is a weak performance from the dealer, so I give only one star.

oui, il y avait une erreur sur l'image de la fiche produit et c'est le fabricant HTC Vive qui a fourni la mauvaise image, nous avons notifié le fabricant et changé l'image sur notre site.

Nous vous avons proposé un retour de produit, pourquoi ne l'avez-vous pas accepté ?

Quoi qu'il en soit, nous sommes toujours là pour répondre à tout problème ou demande, mais dans ce cas, nous n'avons pas été en mesure de fournir le câble manquant.

Notre agence logistique est basée en France. Vous avez demandé un retour et nos conditions générales stipulent que les frais de retour sont à votre charge (comme c'est le cas sur de nombreux sites web...).

I ordered for my virtual helmet oculus quest a pencil to clean the eyepieces. fortunately when I opened it I tried it on the back of my hand, it left a blue circle as if the little sponge had been dipped in ink! I started again and on my skin there was each time a very clear blue circle! Imagine that on my eyepieces! I had to rub my hand to remove the circles...Anyway, I don't understand the principle...Stain the eyepieces to sell more or else?
