Excellent product and service, except used my local government shipping (South African Post Office), which is sub-par, despite paying for private level courier pricing.

Everything is great as far as the products are concerned. However, I still had to pay about 25€ when receiving the package for an order value of about 65€.

Had no problem ordering and the delivery was fast.

Took 6 weeks To arrive after quoting one. When contacted the company did apologise Rather just blame Brexit for the issue even though I have received various packages from all over the world with little delay. Products are as expected but customer service leaves a little to be desired. Also the postal system used collisimo which currently holds a 1.2/5 on trust pilot although the company swears they are top product. Felt let down at paying £15 for delivery and being completely let down

Not the fastest, but otherwise everything is fine.

Fast delivery, very good product (cover reverb G2), would have deserved a rounded finish (total) rather than open and pointed, which, personally, stings my nose, hence my 3/5, otherwise it would have been 5/5.

the package arrived on the estimated delivery schedule and everything was ok but the driver did not ask for the pick-up code. everything turned out ok but thats somewhat unsafe

Despite the relatively high price for the purchase of a used HP Reverb g2 headset, Immersive Display did not want me to benefit from the free shipping (colissimo), which it offered for the withdrawal of a package. in a collection point, and yet the difference was only one Euro! Really petty !!!!!

The site is clear, the prices are correct and the delivery is fast.

Promt delivery and exactly as ordered. In my case I was buying a Pimax accessory and although it was more expensive than the Pimax Store, it worked out cheaper in the end as I avoided import taxes. I also got my order much quicker

The staff is responsive and good advice. I remove a star because the amount of an order to reach to benefit from free shipping is very high (120 €) and it is only for shipments in relay point.

With the adapter I am satisfied, but I found it not good that the contents did not correspond to the picture. A short (about 30- 50 cm) 3 in 1 cable was not included, although it was displayed, even on the bill was the picture later to see again. They offered to find the cable and send it to me, but this did not happen. I was told that VIVE admits that the cable is not in the package, that the picture is faulty, but they could not find it. I was then offered to send it back if I wanted it. I found a 1m cable on the site and asked if they could send it to me if they couldn't find the very short cable. This was unfortunately denied. If one pays over 400 euros and one does not come, if it was a mistake of the Handler, I find really sad. I have now had to buy the 1 m cable itself, because I have not found the short also (5 meters on the head are just really too much, from the htc Vive). They could have at least offered to sell it cheaper. At least they have changed the image and the short cable is no longer zusehen, I hope the content this time is true and not more customers fall for it. I'm happy with the product and when the 1m cable arrives, it is still too long, but I think then you can get along with it better. Only think it is a weak performance from the dealer, so I give only one star.

The VR headset appears to be working satisfactorily but I am disappointed that you do not have the audio head band or hand tracker avaialble. Otherwise the service is very good and delivery on time.
