Product as described but they did not meet their delivery deadlines. Normally for any order placed before 3:15 pm with the product in stock, the package leaves the same day. It leaves 2 days later. So the package arrived 1 week after the order for a 48/72h delivery.

Thank you for your opinion, concerning the delivery, when you placed your order, the delivery date indicated an estimated delivery between August 16 and 18, you were delivered on August 16 so the deadlines are respected. Our transparency is total at this level.

The processing and shipping were good. Unfortunately, the product does not completely enclose the VR headset. so the light penetrates.

Fast delivery but the product received is not new, the seal had been opened and then roughly closed with tape. I contacted them to ask for an exchange for a new product but I never got an answer.

The edition of an estimate is possible by selecting in means of payment: "Purchase order / Administrative mandate".
