Fast delivery, very good product (cover reverb G2), would have deserved a rounded finish (total) rather than open and pointed, which, personally, stings my nose, hence my 3/5, otherwise it would have been 5/5.

It's great, and fast, but please avoid going through the post office! Because there was a code to give to the delivery guy who didn't bother to come by or ring, and left in the box without validation 🙏 so it's not very secure 😓

the package arrived on the estimated delivery schedule and everything was ok but the driver did not ask for the pick-up code. everything turned out ok but thats somewhat unsafe

Thank you Ruben for the feedback. Pick-up code is still a new system for some carriers and very few drivers are using it as it is a nightmare to manage and ask to customers.

Despite the relatively high price for the purchase of a used HP Reverb g2 headset, Immersive Display did not want me to benefit from the free shipping (colissimo), which it offered for the withdrawal of a package. in a collection point, and yet the difference was only one Euro! Really petty !!!!!

Nothing to say about the product. I received the product the day after tomorrow despite the extra 11€ paid for a next day delivery. But the refund of this supplement was made very quickly! Totally satisfied with Immersive Display!
