Some incense sticks were broken.

Response from INDIAN SHOP
We are really sorry, the boxes are closed and it is not really possible for us to determine if sticks are broken inside. In any case, it is enough to send us a message if you wish for compensation.

1.) I wanted to order 10 pieces of Armenian paper Année de l'Arménie
Item No.: 894
Manufacturer: Le Papier d'Arménie....but could only enter 8 pieces. Why?
2.) Why do I pay for shipping when I order over 79.-????

I ordered "Copal" incense sticks... unfortunately there is absolutely no trace of COPAL, nothing at all, it seems to be a very common Indian incense

I paid for the goods, but got an email the next day reminding me to pay for my goods. It was confusing and annoying

You place an order at 1 AM, you transfer the amount and the next day you are irritated to receive our order confirmation when you have already paid. It's just the usual procedure on our site and our bank does not inform us of payments received during the night... Otherwise, the package was sent on time, the merchandise was compliant. The main thing in sum...

Order placed on December 28, 2014 during the store's closure. Shipped on the reopening day, January 5, 2015, and delivered on January 8, three days later. Please do not confuse days with weeks... Order registration notification on 28/12, shipping notification on 5/1/2015 with tracking link to the Post website... What more can be done?...
