The invoice details the merchandise well, also writing on the bags, the origin as well as the substance would suit me well. Best regards

This is the 4th time I order incense (resins and herbs) from this site, and I am always satisfied, especially with the quality of the products. It's a shame that prices have increased in Switzerland, because until now, this is the best quality/price ratio I have found. You can also feel that these people do not just sell incense: they love it.

I can only be completely satisfied, having been delivered to my home without going through the post, which saved me shipping costs. Great service from very nice people.

The delivery took 3 weeks within the same district, no message of receipt or delivery. Very bad.

Response from INDIAN SHOP
Order placed on December 28, 2014 during the store's closure. Shipped on the reopening day, January 5, 2015, and delivered on January 8, three days later. Please do not confuse days with weeks... Order registration notification on 28/12, shipping notification on 5/1/2015 with tracking link to the Post website... What more can be done?...

Could occasionally make a commercial gesture for very good customers, a small gift for example....

I appreciate the quality of your products, much better than on other sites, as well as your prices, lower than many competitors. I am also happy when I send messages to receive quick, precise responses, clearly given by someone who loves their job. Finally, I also like the diversity of your products and the frequent new arrivals.

It's a pity that some items are unavailable for so long. I ordered henna in xx quantity, I would like to know if it was possible to have the details of the contents of the packages, with the exact origin as well. I like to use it, however the result is not at all the same it seems as the one found in pharmacies and that's why I would like details. Thank you very much
