You place an order at 1 AM, you transfer the amount and the next day you are irritated to receive our order confirmation when you have already paid. It's just the usual procedure on our site and our bank does not inform us of payments received during the night... Otherwise, the package was sent on time, the merchandise was compliant. The main thing in sum...

Order placed on December 28, 2014 during the store's closure. Shipped on the reopening day, January 5, 2015, and delivered on January 8, three days later. Please do not confuse days with weeks... Order registration notification on 28/12, shipping notification on 5/1/2015 with tracking link to the Post website... What more can be done?...
