Really remarkable carpet cleaner. I didn't think it would reach such performance. I come from Karker experiences and recognize its excellent design quality as well as solutions for highly effective use even for the operator. Good shipping, however, the telephone assistance service seemed a bit cryptic and compartmentalized. I hope this does not happen again when technical assistance and maintenance support is needed. Thank you.
