A week of battling with missed appointments and changes in schedules from one hour to another, and in the end, I had to pick it up at the BRT depot 30 km from home! The scheduled delivery on February 12 or 13 was picked up on the 20th!

Package probably arrived to the courier on time, but not to our company. It was scheduled for delivery on December 20, but was not delivered. We had an event scheduled for December 21. Even making a last-minute hold at Bartolini's on the evening of Dec. 20, there was nothing to be done. We had to make other arrangements, with no small amount of difficulty. I still picked up the package because I am good, and because we may need it in the future. For this order I could only pick it up on December 27. Surely the product will be highly efficient, but better evaluate couriers, deliveries and shipping dates. Indors recommends accepting with reservation reporting the reason but the courier refused to let me report that the box was partially damaged : he told me that he would take the package back if I reported that kind of report because in his opinion the damage to the box was only caused by the plastic strips. The package has not been opened yet so I need to check the condition of the contents.
