Exactly as ordered , arrived perfect condition and on time. packaging was good. Website is awkward to navigate for simple parts , also no accessories shown for example the required ⅜ NPT threaded port adaptors so had to order from third party. Otherwise would have been 5 stars.

I received the machine on time from the first use it would seem efficient a small problem the machine is very heavy to handle I had to replace the brush that was mounted with the softer one I noticed that on the side opposite the bearing an aluminum plate completely oxidized as internally you can see a lot of rust I pointed out to the company by sending photos but the response given email was not very exhaustive saying it was grease I did a check but confirm that it is rust . I reserve the right to do a further review after using it for a certain period of use for a cert

As for "INDORS" everything was perfect. Regarding the item I purchased... "Kydra KPR 8.3" - High pressure washer, I would have to complain about the quality of the factory controls; At the first attempt to unwind the hose at high pressure, it disassembled EVERYTHING ( Drum and Joint ) all because of the seger ( snap ring ) which made a mess! however I solved.... and the pressure washer works beyond expectations..... however????
