Product as described. Arrives in the original box, plus, the INDORS staff, before shipping, ensures additional securing with heat-sealed plastic straps on a specially sized wooden pallet. The only small negative note (NOT INDORS'S FAULT) is attributed to the not very punctual courier. The shipping company contacted me Friday morning to arrange delivery for Monday during the day, but they did not come and did not inform me of the delay. They arrived Tuesday morning; fortunately, I was at home. The fact is that having agreed on Monday's delivery, I had asked a family member if they could move their appointments to receive the goods in my place since I was unable due to work reasons, and they waited a day in vain.

Purchased professional vacuum cleaner Elsea Hamiantus 21L - All-purpose vacuum cleaner - Fine powders in polypropylene. Everything is fine and delivery was ahead of the estimated date. The only point of concern is that there were no communications about the shipment, only on the day of delivery; fortunately, I was at home.

The only downside is that the delivery times were not respected

Good communication. What they just didn’t prep me for was the wait to have the item first prepared by the manufacturer before the shipping. And that was a long long wait. Otherwise once was done the shipping was quick and item well packaged. Thanks.

Very dissatisfied with the sold material. Pump that leaks everywhere and required a complete overhaul of the sealing. We buy Italian thinking we are betting on quality (especially given the price), but in the end, I would have been better off investing in a Chinese product, at least tested before shipping... Very bad experience, I strongly advise against it.

The vacuum cleaner works well, but I found a defect inside the suction tube; the steam tube is also present, which blocks the material being sucked inside the tube.
