Excellent wide choice of multi-brand products (in my case dehumidifiers) at various price levels and features and the speed of shipping. I found the technical/commercial assistance a bit lacking, especially by phone, but with the benefit of the doubt due to the particular time of year (August)

Complete and well-packaged package. The courier needs to be reviewed because the package arrived a couple of days later than expected and even though I paid for the appointment delivery service asking for afternoon delivery from 3 to 5 PM it arrived at 11 in the morning.
