I had a problem with the package, which arrived wet, practically the free product provided by the seller , came out, but what is a bit strange is that the goods were not in its original packaging but inside a box without any protection, fortunately the macchianrio was not damaged. I immediately contacted the seller, he responded quickly, for that there is nothing to say, they sent the product back to me, but unfortunately also the second time the package was wet and I did not accept it. I contacted again. They told me that they would send the product back to me. I don't put 5 stars because of the problem with the package, and the lack of the original packaging. They said the coriere opened the package seeing it was wet and they put it in another box. Otherwise helpful.
