Excellent order management by INDORS: administration, tracking, schedule, delivery... The equipment (wood chipper) seems to be of very good quality but the manual is not in French, translated it is very insufficient. A manufacturing detail: one of the two small welded pieces is missing, had to improvise one.

A very complete offer (ironing center) and a competitive price, tarnished by a long (too long) shipping delay that far exceeded the announced shipping time at the time of purchase, and a long (too long) transport time for the current period in Europe. Too bad, because for the rest, I am satisfied.

Valid product. Lightweight and manageable vacuum cleaner. It's a pity it doesn't have a folding hose to attach the accessories, which must be connected directly to the machine body, making it difficult to access tight spots. Shipping was problem-free, I recommend the purchase.
