I liked: the clarity of the site, the ease of ordering, the responsiveness of customer service by email and the fast delivery time;
To improve: the approximate display of the delivery time on the site, and the chat module that allows you to ask questions, but where no one responds (at least on the day I used it).

The belt is of good quality and seems sturdy.
The front pocket has its opening on the left. It's not very practical for right-handed people to put in the flask. I would have preferred an opening on the right.
I measured my waist precisely and took the corresponding size. The belt is very tight, too tight. A larger size wouldn't move either, so it's uncomfortable because it hurts the stomach.
I cut the tags and can no longer change it.
Otherwise, the belt is very practical.
