Very happy with my new belt. It doesn't move, you almost forget about it and the pockets are very well thought out.
Thank you also for the personalized note! I loved it!!

Instinct is a French brand of very high quality. The customer service is really very good.
I recommend it for those who want a high-performance and well-thought-out bag. Their prices are high but the quality is worth the cost.

I tested the eklipse 12l bag during an 18 km outing with 1000m of elevation gain.
I loaded it as if I were going on a two-day trip with a night at the refuge.
The bag's support is incredible, nothing moves, the bag fits the body very well.
There are pockets absolutely everywhere, all useful and well thought out.
The only small flaw I want to mention is that the flasks are a bit high, I find that I have to twist my neck to drink, but maybe adjusting the bag better would help.
Really the best bag I have ever tried for long-distance trails, on the go or for weekend trips.
I will even use it for day hikes.
Now that I have tried it, I know I will buy it in the near future.

I liked: the clarity of the site, the ease of ordering, the responsiveness of customer service by email and the fast delivery time;
To improve: the approximate display of the delivery time on the site, and the chat module that allows you to ask questions, but where no one responds (at least on the day I used it).

Very good product, to be confirmed on the duration...
The little card in the package is a detail, but it's a very nice touch.
