I received the semi-rigid maintenance kit in a cardboard box with no real protection: the 3 bottles were simply put in a plastic bag with the neck taped to the duct tape and placed in the box like that. More than 10 days delay, that's a long time... it's up to me, the customer, to phone for clarification, difficult to understand...
