Poorly packaged products. I received the semi-rigid maintenance kit in a cardboard box with no real protection: the 3 bottles were simply put in a plastic bag with the neck taped to the duct tape and placed in the box like that. Result: 1 bottle out of the three received punctured with half the liquid remaining... I sent a photo and a complaint by e-mail, but no reply to date. First and last order

More than 10 days delay, that's a long time... it's up to me, the customer, to phone for clarification, difficult to understand... No apology note in the parcel, too bad though, it shows some customer sense. No note of apology in the parcel, a pity anyway, it shows a certain customer sense. I give 2 stars for the "plus" of the technician on the phone, nice and very professional, in case of technical concern about the use no problem he will know how to answer!
He's the only one to give me a higher rating. Otherwise it would have been just one little star!
