Responsiveness. Ordered on April 17th and received on the 21st. The cardboard packaging lacks rigidity and was partially folded during transport. Satisfied with the progress of this first order.

Shipping time a little long, so €12 chronopost a little annoying, but I think product not stocked. Products of good quality and well packaged. An email would have been nice to report the restocking, this said satisfied with my order.

Hello. Order placed on 24th at 15h53. Shipped on 26th at 15h49. Received on the 29th. Colissimo has its limits. For 24h delivery, Chrono Relais works quite well. Otherwise 24/48h Chronopost. Best regards

OK, the only downside is the shipping part: relay points would be more appropriate for this kind of product and would avoid seeing an accumulation of delivery notes in the mailbox (the carrier passes through during my working hours. Two days lost, and that's a shame.

Order quickly dispatched. Better agility / responsiveness is always possible: e-mail sent on the site to add a product to the order before it was prepared, was not taken into account and remained unanswered. It's a pity that the order and e-mail were sent at the weekend before being processed on Monday. This would have avoided paying delivery charges twice for 2 separate orders.

Hello. Thank you for your very positive feedback. So, your order of November 13th was dispatched on the 15th. There was an unsuccessful delivery attempt on the 18th (3 days to make a delivery to Luxembourg). Since then, the parcel has been made available to you at your post office. Concerning the tracking, you have just sent me an email (as nice as your review) but replying with the tracking email containing the Colissimo link, so you do have the tracking.
