Hello, Your order of Wednesday August 16 at 12:03 was prepared the same day at 13:56 and shipped at 14:13. It was delivered on Friday, August 18 at 11:56 am. That's less than 48 hours to make a delivery. Concerning the paint cans (out of date, rusty, unusable) I'm surprised not to have had any message (email or phone) and directly an unfavorable opinion. Indeed, deliveries with Mondial Relay take a long time and the various load breaks can cause damage to the package. In future, please use a faster delivery service (Colissimo or Chrono Relais). If you're in a hurry, go elsewhere! The site advertises an average of 48 hours for paid shipments. The average is important because for me 1 week of preparation + 2 weeks of transit for a logistics center at 100kms. 2* because I still received the polish but too late. I'll use it another time.

Hello, thank you for your feedback. You have chosen to have your parcel delivered by Mondial Relay, even though we clearly state that deliveries with this service take about 10 days. If you had chosen Colissimo delivery, you would have had your parcel in 2/3 days and Chrono Relais in 24/48h. I don't want you to be left with a bad impression of our site, and if you wish, it's no problem for me to collect your parcel (free of charge). Best regards

Good site, too bad the delivery is made by MONDIAL RELAY who have a deplorable service: I had to pick up the parcel more than half an hour from my home by car because the relay point I had selected was unavailable at the time of delivery. Pathetic!

The consultant gave good advice. On the other hand, the service provider for my delivery sucked. Delivery v1 j in advance on the schedule so I was absent and the recuperation at the relay point was problematic. However, I would recommend this supplier.
