Poorly protected product. The can arrived pierced and deformed. The cardboard sponged the product I do not think it is that transport because tape was put around the cap because it was broken, In short a shame.

Hello, Do you honestly believe that we would take the risk of shipping a defective or leaking 5-liter drum with the possibility that it might never arrive at our customer's premises? To be on the safe side, we tape all bottles or cans of liquid product to minimize the risk of leakage. We then package the bottles and cans in a plastic bag. In fact, your 5-liter can was shipped in a much larger box than necessary, which we filled with cushioning to ensure that such delicate products could not be damaged during the journey. Sincerely
