Really top notch. Following a shipping error, the after-sales service was top notch. They sent me a return slip and my parcel, all within a few days. Plus a gift (I didn't ask for anything) I recommend it to everyone. Really a very good site and excellent after-sales service.

Hello, you placed your order on September 2 at 8:21 pm. We shipped your order on September 3rd at 11h10. In other words, your order was shipped 15 hours after you placed it. I'm looking for the unprofessional part of your order. There was an unsuccessful presentation by post on September 7th. If an order is urgent, you can use Chronopost Relais for 8€ and have next-day delivery in 95% of cases. Unprofessional and incompetent carrier seems a bit excessive to me. Good day. Jean-Francois

You can also say that the parcel arrived broken and that you did not think it necessary to make any reservations with the carrier or even simply to refuse the parcel. According to our exchanges, this is not the first parcel that you have received faulty by Chronopost. Kind regards.
