Hello, I do not understand why I paid extra for my order to get it faster and still to this day I have not received it, as part of the work we absolutely need and still nothing!

Thank you for your follow up, I did receive the pills and had an opportunity to try them.

I ordered 0.8 mm cut-off wheels, which are certainly what it says on them, but a check by them would have shown that they were much thicker, so I wouldn't recommend them and wouldn't recommend them either. The only positive thing is the super-fast delivery.

The site doesn't inform consumers of stock shortages, and there's no e-mail to warn customers of any delays. Not serious.

Order placed on August 7th and still nothing received after 21 days. Customer service contacted 2 times (on the 20th and 27th) via the website but does not answer and turns a deaf ear. Should I post it on the detailing facebook groups to get an answer?

Broken cardboard box, product leaking into the box, very poor packaging because the can was sailing in the box and ended up opening.

Quite mediocre anyway, I sent 2 emails and message through social networks, I received no response. Supposedly sent within 48 hours, 5 days later the order was still being prepared.

I received my parcel, but the green foam is deeply marked by the polish bottles. Is it usable? (I have the photo when I opened the parcel).

Customer service sucks. Thank goodness Pay Pall is there to save the order. I don't think I will order from them. No communication. No respect for the customer.

I received my order, but when I opened the box it was already in bad shape, the 5l can of G4 was all damaged, the product had run out of the box. And now it's impossible to keep the product. I received a reply from Intercash pro asking me to return the product, to which I replied that it was impossible because the canister was no longer airtight. Now I'm waiting for a new contact.

I ordered a polishing kit. A blue pad (the most important one) was missing. I called them. They said they'd send it to me. No answer. I called again. After 1 month, still nothing. It's from Corsica, but still...

Order delivered incomplete. 1 item missing. No reply to the message left on the site to indicate this shortage. Not serious!

when I bought three kochemie products from Intercashpro I was unfortunately very badly served! It took them almost 14 days to send my order, despite 3 unanswered emails (I just asked them when they planned to send the order), so the colissimo was useless as I received the parcel more than 3 weeks after ordering. And that's not all!
So I open the parcel and discover that one of the products had the cap open and it spilled completely into the box! So I paid for 3 products but in the end after 4 weeks I only received 2! I'm writing again to inform them and to warn them, but they still haven't replied !!!! You'd have to explain to me how the cap was unscrewed? since there's a safety device !!!! Customer service and after-sales are non-existent. So I sit on my product. I paid with my credit card, so there's no recourse like paypal.
They don't give a damn about their customers and have no scruples!!! Never again intercashpro! Unless you have money to throw out the window, run away. I strongly recommend that you don't buy from this dishonest site. It keeps them going and they don't deserve that at all.

I placed an order. I have an item that did not match. So I made a complaint to customer service...... And to this day, I'm still waiting for them to get back to me. I received my order on June 4th and sent the complaint the same day !!!!!!

No response to messages, you have to call on the phone. I waited a month due to a problem with one of their suppliers. I have just received the parcel, the person in charge added a few gifts to compensate for the delay and the change in price of the main product in my order. Unfortunately the delivery was incomplete, two products were missing, I phoned to report this, I have no response for the moment...

A week after ordering, my order still hadn't been shipped... After 2 overtaxed phone calls, I was told I'd forgotten. Avoid contacting them by e-mail, they never reply....

Unpleasant surprise on arrival: as the box was too small, the 2 aeorosols exceeded its original width, resulting in the 2 lids being smashed. I could still use them, but I'd have to be careful when transporting them in the car or in a suitcase! As for the rest, good price and good delivery time. Watch out for the packaging!

Comunicazione inesistente. Hanno mandato l'avviso di spedizione della merce ma non hanno indicato il numero di tracking. Ho chiesto lo stesso ma non ho ottenuto nessuna risposta. L'apposita funzione del loro sito (tracciamento dell'ordine come ospite) non funziona su ben due browser da pc e nemmeno da smartphone. Ordine effettuato 11 maggio consegnato in data 28 maggio, considerato che è partito da Como il 13 e che la spedizione è costata ben 10 euro mi esprimo negativamente anche su questo aspetto. In sostanza, dopo il pagamento, il silenzio totale per due settimane. Da migliorare

33 days before receiving my order, I know that the post office has something to do with it too (COVID) but Intercash.pro doesn't reply to my e-mails, which is frustrating.

1 month to receive my order (3/05/20 and received on 3/06/20). I put this down to covid-19 and the post office didn't help either (more than 15 days). The site is well done and the prices are very correct.the parcel arrived in the wrong place but everything was there.if I have to order again, I might do it but much later when everything is back to normal.

It took the first request for an opinion and the reply to make the order effective...
