Nothing to say about the product, it's very good, but the delivery is the problem. My 2 jars are completely dented all over, the cardboard is completely deformed, with a lot of adhesive tape added, which doesn't help much. So just make sure on delivery that the product isn't leaking or punctured.

Hello. Thank you for your very positive feedback. So, your order of November 13th was dispatched on the 15th. There was an unsuccessful delivery attempt on the 18th (3 days to make a delivery to Luxembourg). Since then, the parcel has been made available to you at your post office. Concerning the tracking, you have just sent me an email (as nice as your review) but replying with the tracking email containing the Colissimo link, so you do have the tracking.

Hi Jean Yves, I'm surprised to hear you say that there's been no response to your e-mail. You've sent me 3 messages and I've replied 3 times, confirming once again that there are no products missing from your order.
As I've already told you, to get the extra foam we offer with the 3M 09374, the customer has to select this option (foam or microfiber). Once the customer has selected the option, the price of the product changes and the option is added to the order. You certainly forgot to select an option, but I can reassure you that you didn't pay for it either.
