But in the end, the parcel was missing 4 blue laser polish 400g/m² 40x40 microfiber cloths worth 13.60 euros, which were part of a Krauss S15 - Menzerna Premium - Work Stuff polishing kit.
Frankly, it's disappointing for an order of over 300 euros. I've never had this kind of problem with other stores, so I wouldn't go back there. I don't even want to go to the trouble of having 4 cloths forgotten in my order. So I'll give it a mark of two, because the person I spoke to was nice, but the material has to be checked before dispatch, so you don't forget anything.
