Hello, you placed your order on September 2 at 8:21 pm. We shipped your order on September 3rd at 11h10. In other words, your order was shipped 15 hours after you placed it. I'm looking for the unprofessional part of your order. There was an unsuccessful presentation by post on September 7th. If an order is urgent, you can use Chronopost Relais for 8€ and have next-day delivery in 95% of cases. Unprofessional and incompetent carrier seems a bit excessive to me. Good day. Jean-Francois

Better agility / responsiveness is always possible: e-mail sent on the site to add a product to the order before it was prepared, was not taken into account and remained unanswered.
