Hello, I'm sorry you had a problem with your delivery. Your parcel is still in your relay point awaiting delivery. It is not being returned and has therefore not triggered an alert with us. My order was complete and arrived on time, but one of the products was badly damaged during transport, in fact, one of the polishing pads was broken in three parts, I think the packaging was a little light (the storekeeper should have doubled the box).

Hello, Your order of Wednesday August 16 at 12:03 was prepared the same day at 13:56 and shipped at 14:13. It was delivered on Friday, August 18 at 11:56 am. That's less than 48 hours to make a delivery. Concerning the paint cans (out of date, rusty, unusable) I'm surprised not to have had any message (email or phone) and directly an unfavorable opinion.
