Order received but not complete! The after-sales service doesn't give a clear answer to the questions asked, was supposed to send me the missing part but changed its mind without telling me. If I don't follow up or call, I get no answer.
And now I'm being held hostage with a so-called postal survey that's going to last... As far as I'm concerned, the contract's been fulfilled, I've paid! On the company's side, no, I don't have my full order!

Hello, Your parcel was weighed twice at 3 kg in the post office sorting centers. A first time when we dropped it off and a 2nd time in the last sorting center before distribution. When we run the simulation again with the products, we get a weight of 2.82 kg (without box/packing/accessories). According to the photos you sent us, there is no visible breakage on the carton. We await the results of the postal investigation. Sincerely

Very good site. You can't find all the brands, but the essentials are there. The prices are really correct and the delivery fast. However, on the last 2 orders there was an error in the product delivered. 1st time resolved very quickly but for the 2nd no response to my email. Nothing serious though, as the 2nd was not of great value. I still recommend

Pretty good site but could be clearer.
On the other hand, mine was poorly packaged, so it broke when it arrived, and my APC can was almost pierced!
My Scangrip 200R pen arrived with a scratch on it and the luminous key ring delivered with a plastic part that had come unstuck. Disappointed with this order. Given that it leaves Corsica, please pay more attention to checking the material before sending and to making your parcels better, otherwise people will go elsewhere.

Great discounts, but a big delivery problem for me. Order placed on Sunday evening for Chrono Relais delivery (in France) at 8€. Delivery only on Monday of the following week. A 1 week wait. I needed the product quickly for a special service, so I had to go without. No reply to my complaint email and the phone went to voicemail (full). Chronopost passed the buck and told me to contact the seller's site... No information on the problem from the seller to date.
