Broken cardboard box, product leaking into the box, very poor packaging because the can was sailing in the box and ended up opening.

Super site I highly recommend I've never been disappointed

Quite mediocre anyway, I sent 2 emails and message through social networks, I received no response. Supposedly sent within 48 hours, 5 days later the order was still being prepared.

Nothing to complain about, except that 2 products were missing despite the availability of the latter at the time of ordering and no reply to my e-mail concerning the "procedure to follow" to find out what happened to my leftovers. Apart from that, I'm very happy.

I received my parcel, but the green foam is deeply marked by the polish bottles. Is it usable? (I have the photo when I opened the parcel).

Perfect service and speed of delivery, but product less effective than hoped.

Customer service sucks. Thank goodness Pay Pall is there to save the order. I don't think I will order from them. No communication. No respect for the customer.

I received my order, but when I opened the box it was already in bad shape, the 5l can of G4 was all damaged, the product had run out of the box. And now it's impossible to keep the product. I received a reply from Intercash pro asking me to return the product, to which I replied that it was impossible because the canister was no longer airtight. Now I'm waiting for a new contact.

Delayed shipment, and a new machine with a piece of plastic wandering around inside, forcing me to dismantle the machine to remove it. Now everything's working properly. But that's not all, it's not very serious.

Rather long delivery and no return from the after-sales service despite my mail. Too bad because I was very happy with the product and the deal.

I ordered a polishing kit. A blue pad (the most important one) was missing. I called them. They said they'd send it to me. No answer. I called again. After 1 month, still nothing. It's from Corsica, but still...

Order delivered incomplete. 1 item missing. No reply to the message left on the site to indicate this shortage. Not serious!

when I bought three kochemie products from Intercashpro I was unfortunately very badly served! It took them almost 14 days to send my order, despite 3 unanswered emails (I just asked them when they planned to send the order), so the colissimo was useless as I received the parcel more than 3 weeks after ordering. And that's not all!
So I open the parcel and discover that one of the products had the cap open and it spilled completely into the box! So I paid for 3 products but in the end after 4 weeks I only received 2! I'm writing again to inform them and to warn them, but they still haven't replied !!!! You'd have to explain to me how the cap was unscrewed? since there's a safety device !!!! Customer service and after-sales are non-existent. So I sit on my product. I paid with my credit card, so there's no recourse like paypal.
They don't give a damn about their customers and have no scruples!!! Never again intercashpro! Unless you have money to throw out the window, run away. I strongly recommend that you don't buy from this dishonest site. It keeps them going and they don't deserve that at all.

I placed an order. I have an item that did not match. So I made a complaint to customer service...... And to this day, I'm still waiting for them to get back to me. I received my order on June 4th and sent the complaint the same day !!!!!!

I haven't received my detailing lamp kit, and I still don't know whether it's being sent tomorrow or not. I'll have to call myself to find out what's going on!

Lack of detail in the descriptions. But good overall.

33 days before receiving my order, I know that the post office has something to do with it too (COVID) but Intercash.pro doesn't reply to my e-mails, which is frustrating.

It took the first request for an opinion and the reply to make the order effective...

After 20 days, my order has still not been delivered.

No answer to my questions and still waiting for delivery since a week after paying the 12 euros shipping costs by chronopost! I don't even know if I'll ever be delivered.

Site very easy to navigate and use. But 4 stars for the delivery which took 11 days. The phone number doesn't even ring and I'm still waiting for a reply from my e-mail.

The site is good, I just had trouble finding a product in the search bar, if the title is not exact it is difficult to find the product.

Order partially received, 1 month and a half later and despite 2 telephone reminders still nothing on the receipt of the missing items.
