Hello, your order of March 19 left our premises on March 20, and today is March 27, i.e. 7 days after shipment and not 15 days as you say, but I admit that the time must seem longer during this period of confinement.
The situation is very difficult for the carriers with Covid 19 (lack of staff in the sorting centers, lack of letter carriers for distribution).
