when I bought three kochemie products from Intercashpro I was unfortunately very badly served! It took them almost 14 days to send my order, despite 3 unanswered emails (I just asked them when they planned to send the order), so the colissimo was useless as I received the parcel more than 3 weeks after ordering. And that's not all!
So I open the parcel and discover that one of the products had the cap open and it spilled completely into the box! So I paid for 3 products but in the end after 4 weeks I only received 2! I'm writing again to inform them and to warn them, but they still haven't replied !!!! You'd have to explain to me how the cap was unscrewed? since there's a safety device !!!! Customer service and after-sales are non-existent. So I sit on my product. I paid with my credit card, so there's no recourse like paypal.
They don't give a damn about their customers and have no scruples!!! Never again intercashpro! Unless you have money to throw out the window, run away. I strongly recommend that you don't buy from this dishonest site. It keeps them going and they don't deserve that at all.

Hello. Thank you for your opinion. Your order of May 14th left our premises on May 15th, which means that it took 24 hours to prepare your order and give it to the post office, and not 14 days as you say. I'm OK with the delay in delivery, as the post office is always very affected by Covid at this time of year. I'm just surprised about one thing: how could a one-litre bottle be completely emptied without damaging the box? Sincerely

Hello, your order was placed on May 19th and left our premises on May 20th. According to my tracking, you received it on June 3rd in Belgium, i.e. 13 days after shipment or 14 days from the date of your order. Under normal circumstances, I'd say that 13-day delivery in Belgium is a bit excessive. In the Covid period, I find the delivery time a little long, but I'm not unhappy about it.
