While the product is very good, the delivery price is good but the delivery itself was very bad. The box the products arrived in was very damaged. The two 5-liter cans of G4 are almost damaged beyond safe use. The cans are so damaged that the contents are now under pressure, making it very difficult to use the contents. G4 is a TOXIC product, the vapors are debilitating and the product is also extremely flammable.
There was no warning of any of this on the box, there were no warnings about keeping the box upright or the toxic contents of G4. I am very concerned because if the G4 boxes had been punctured with fumes and the liquid could have injured the delivery agent. I will leave a negative review on this product.

Shipping time far too long for products supposedly in stock, and no response to e-mail requests

I should have received my parcel today and still nothing following your problems which is not mine on the other hand there is not hu worries for the payment.

I have not yet received these brushes. Emailing customer service is also unanswered. I am very disappointed.

I ordered 4 tubes of marine silicone and one of them was broken (the bottom had come out of the tube, so the silicone was dry).

My first order of 28/06/2022 was delivered on 30/06/2022 my second order of 28/06/2022 we are 6/07/2022 still in preparation for the payment no problem you withdraw the money immediately but there after several reminders no response so for me after receiving the coli there will be no more order this site is not serious so not reliable! Avoid!

I received the product of another customer I had to send him his by mail at my expense and I'm still waiting for my product it's a shame I'll make you a reputation like never again I order from you disgusted

undelivered products

Ordered cold steel burnisher "black", received the product quite quickly, but in "brown". Mails made to customer service two weeks ago, no reply to date!?

Order received but not complete! The after-sales service doesn't give a clear answer to the questions asked, was supposed to send me the missing part but changed its mind without telling me. If I don't follow up or call, I get no answer.
And now I'm being held hostage with a so-called postal survey that's going to last... As far as I'm concerned, the contract's been fulfilled, I've paid! On the company's side, no, I don't have my full order!

Out of 3 products in my order, one arrived almost empty following a leak from a sprayer which was repaired with tape. I asked the company for compensation a week ago but still no reply. Thank you

Ordered bulbs out of order

Great discounts, but a big delivery problem for me. Order placed on Sunday evening for Chrono Relais delivery (in France) at 8€. Delivery only on Monday of the following week. A 1 week wait. I needed the product quickly for a special service, so I had to go without. No reply to my complaint email and the phone went to voicemail (full). Chronopost passed the buck and told me to contact the seller's site... No information on the problem from the seller to date.

Order placed on 29 August 2021 and still not delivered, parcel still with the sender, look for the error, it does not give desire to renew....

the product is very expensive the same product can be found for less than 10 euros in china ...product 3m...because the product that was delivered to me comes from china marked on it and in china the product 3m is 10a20 times cheaper.

This is my 2nd order with Intercash and I still have the same problem. Stock item ordered on July 6th, packing slip created the same day but parcel only shipped on the 19th !!!! As luck would have it, the parcel was dispatched on the first working day after I had contacted customer service, which, as with my first order, went unanswered. But I suppose it will be like my first order, Intercash will be more responsive to respond to my negative review and try to contradict my words. Alas, it is not possible to add a screenshot to my review to prove that there were still shortcomings in the processing of the order.....

E la prima volta che compro da questo venditore e sono rimasto deluso, ho effettuato l'ordine di domenica e mi hanno subito risposto, il lunedi mi dicono di aver spedito i prodotti e mi mandano il link per il tracciamento, ma questo link per 2 settimane non risultava il codice spedizione, cosi mi sono rivolto a paypal raccontando l'accaduto e loro hanno provveduto al tutto, io ho inviato diverse email e mai avuto risposta, alla fine il pacco mi e arrivato ma non bisogna comportarsi cosi con i clienti che spendono soldi da loro. Io personalmente non ci ritornerei.

I chose express delivery for which I paid 15e, and received the article 1 week later. I don't mind that a classic delivery takes 1 week, but I don't want to claim that express delivery is available at a high price.

the stock announced was inaccurate whereas the totality of the order was invoiced. I was delivered in 2 deliveries after having to restart the second delivery several times.

I never received the product and my complaint is still unanswered.

From my last order one object was missing i send at least 3 emails and never got any response. I paid for something that never got but no-one told me anything. Pretty bad for such a store

En primer lugar antes de hacer el pedido, pregunté con 3 mensajes a los vendedores que tenían un error en el producto marcado, ya que el precio que me cobraban era el tamaño grande pero especificaban el pequeño. Pues no contestaron ningún mensaje de los 3 enviados.
Después se retrasó el pedido en llegar, cosa que puede pasar.
Me veo ROBADO Y ESTAFADO por esta gente que cobra el tamaño grande y te pone el pequeño.

In the parcel delivered by the Courier, one of the products ordered was missing, the varnish 3M 50383 Small LIQUIDE ULTRA FIN - blue - 250 ml Ref. 5385 15,41 €. INTERCASH.PRO customer service never replied to my e-mails. I was forced to open a dispute with PayPal.

hadden het product niet binnen terwijl het op stock stond en 2 dagen ging duren volgens site en heb drie weken moeten . zelf twee maal moeten bellen om te weten wanneer het toekwam

Order not sent, no response to the email. After 4 calls finally an answer and they tell me that my order is lost other permit, I understand and ask nothing, I am told that the order will be processed in the day and that I will have a gift supposedly useful. All this for a total of 1 month waiting and nothing else in the package that the product ordered. I may be unlucky but I wouldn't recommend intercashpro.

poor packaging, solvent pot almost punctured

Hello, I do not understand why I paid extra for my order to get it faster and still to this day I have not received it, as part of the work we absolutely need and still nothing!

I ordered 0.8 mm cut-off wheels, which are certainly what it says on them, but a check by them would have shown that they were much thicker, so I wouldn't recommend them and wouldn't recommend them either. The only positive thing is the super-fast delivery.
