Really bad cardboard packaging

I ordered 150mm and received 130mm.

Product conforms and price is correct, but the cardboard box is too big. An envelope would have sufficed for a few sheets to be sanded, and this could have reduced the price of the shipment. A detail that will not prevent me from recommending you. Sincerely

Very good but it's a shame not to get a discount when you order several times.

Small delay with the first order, he had promised me a small gift that I didn't get :( . Bug on my 2nd order, which was supposed to be added to the first, but was forgotten. Despite these two little glitches, I recommend intercash, very professional on the phone, very nice and accommodating.

It sells good product but the deadline for the coli was not met so I called I was promised something extra in the package and nothing just what was ordered!

El pedido 016388 fecha 27-9-2018 , total de 338,94 euros, recibido el 02-10-2018, había incluido ""Kit de pulido, Krauss S21 référence 521MenTriSLRup" precio kit 269,40 Eur.., de dicho Kit no se ha recibido "Plateau velcro Diam 125 mm - 5/16 - fixation centale, y recibido Rupes Mousse de lustrage velcro130/150 de color azul "alto corte" cuando deberían de haber enviado el Verde "corte medio" el mismo día 2 avisé a atencion al cliente de Intercash.pro y al servicio de pago Paypal, a día de hoy INTERCASH.PRO no se ha dignado ni a contestar, entiendo el error humano al preparar un envío, NO ENTIENDO que ante la queja por parte de un cliente hayan pasado 2 días y ni tan siquiera han contestado, dando una imagen de muy poca seriedad.
