With your order, there was a leaflet with a coupon inside.
Concerning the samples, we do about a thousand orders a month, so it's impossible to add a gift, even a trivial one, to all our shipments.

Ordered 2 products. The head of the INTERCASHPRO company calls me to tell me that there is only one product left and will no longer have this type of product. I decided to ship the last product and get my money back for the 2nd one. I've been waiting 15 days for my money back.

Hello, I'm sorry you had a problem with your delivery. Your parcel is still in your relay point awaiting delivery. It is not being returned and has therefore not triggered an alert with us. My order was complete and arrived on time, but one of the products was badly damaged during transport, in fact, one of the polishing pads was broken in three parts, I think the packaging was a little light (the storekeeper should have doubled the box).
