the product is satisfactory but expensive

company that doesn't respond to any emails or complaints...once the equipment is purchased, bye bye...............

Hi, I've ordered the Scangrip Work Pen 200 R & Flash Micro R kit. Nothing to say, it's well made. However, I'm disappointed because I had added the APS FSL NANO bracket to mount the Scangrip Flash Micro R on my Flex PXE80. The lamp doesn't fit into the holder without forcing and damaging the lamp. Not for the price it's worth, but a shame nonetheless.

I received my order, but I didn't get the gift for any purchase over x (I had chosen a visor) I sent an email about it and never got a reply.

The product was delivered and is of good quality. On the other hand, the couriers suggested a delivery time of almost a week. I collected the goods myself from their depot.

Please note that the product ordered does not conform to the order!

First shipment failed, pot of glue opened in the parcel.
Second shipment successful, with tape to secure the lid. To be generalized to guarantee the product's longevity.

While the product is very good, the delivery price is good but the delivery itself was very bad. The box the products arrived in was very damaged. The two 5-liter cans of G4 are almost damaged beyond safe use. The cans are so damaged that the contents are now under pressure, making it very difficult to use the contents. G4 is a TOXIC product, the vapors are debilitating and the product is also extremely flammable.
There was no warning of any of this on the box, there were no warnings about keeping the box upright or the toxic contents of G4. I am very concerned because if the G4 boxes had been punctured with fumes and the liquid could have injured the delivery agent. I will leave a negative review on this product.

I should have received my parcel today and still nothing following your problems which is not mine on the other hand there is not hu worries for the payment.

Order long enough to receive it

For the prices they are strong but for the rest ... no communication, no follow-up, does not respond at all to emails (3 emails sent in 15 days and zero response) does not respect delivery times (announced between 4-8 days) received package after 15 days. Perfect drop shipping system, ta t that everything goes everything goes but if you have the slightest problem with an item forget them

I have not yet received these brushes. Emailing customer service is also unanswered. I am very disappointed.

My first order of 28/06/2022 was delivered on 30/06/2022 my second order of 28/06/2022 we are 6/07/2022 still in preparation for the payment no problem you withdraw the money immediately but there after several reminders no response so for me after receiving the coli there will be no more order this site is not serious so not reliable! Avoid!

I received the product of another customer I had to send him his by mail at my expense and I'm still waiting for my product it's a shame I'll make you a reputation like never again I order from you disgusted

Ordered cold steel burnisher "black", received the product quite quickly, but in "brown". Mails made to customer service two weeks ago, no reply to date!?

The company does its best, and is not responsible for cracked corks or long delivery times......but it does damage to the overall image! A GOOD mention to Sales Manager Jean-François YVARS for his friendliness and efforts.

wrong product description so you think you are buying a box of 15 and you have 1 sanding disc, but when you click on more information you are shown a box of 15. I'm very disappointed and don't think I'll be coming back to this site.

Ordered bulbs out of order

Fast delivery . However, one of my products is missing a cap so half of it ended up in the box.

Lack of communication after a delay. Packaging to be reviewed, package received open!!!.

The product has probably been stored too long and the paste is not homogeneous but liquid/solid.

Impeccable products, friendly after-sales service, but delivery times too long.

Unfortunately, between the billing error, forgetting to send the parcel for 7 days and the parcel being delivered damaged in a puddle of water and in the rain outside my home in my absence, I can't judge my experience as positive... I hope this bad experience won't be repeated on my next order...

Order placed on 29 August 2021 and still not delivered, parcel still with the sender, look for the error, it does not give desire to renew....

This is my 2nd order with Intercash and I still have the same problem. Stock item ordered on July 6th, packing slip created the same day but parcel only shipped on the 19th !!!! As luck would have it, the parcel was dispatched on the first working day after I had contacted customer service, which, as with my first order, went unanswered. But I suppose it will be like my first order, Intercash will be more responsive to respond to my negative review and try to contradict my words. Alas, it is not possible to add a screenshot to my review to prove that there were still shortcomings in the processing of the order.....

E la prima volta che compro da questo venditore e sono rimasto deluso, ho effettuato l'ordine di domenica e mi hanno subito risposto, il lunedi mi dicono di aver spedito i prodotti e mi mandano il link per il tracciamento, ma questo link per 2 settimane non risultava il codice spedizione, cosi mi sono rivolto a paypal raccontando l'accaduto e loro hanno provveduto al tutto, io ho inviato diverse email e mai avuto risposta, alla fine il pacco mi e arrivato ma non bisogna comportarsi cosi con i clienti che spendono soldi da loro. Io personalmente non ci ritornerei.

I chose express delivery for which I paid 15e, and received the article 1 week later. I don't mind that a classic delivery takes 1 week, but I don't want to claim that express delivery is available at a high price.

I never received the product and my complaint is still unanswered.
