Wide choice :-) Error on shipped product :-( Ordered product sent as soon as the problem was reported ... and finally (quickly) delivered as ordered.

Please respect 2 orders from affiliates in order to make a table.

I'm only half satisfied with my last order. I ordered a product that broke when I used it for the 1st time. They contacted their supplier who didn't replace it, but I ordered from them, so I feel it's up to them to replace it for me. Especially since it's a pad that doesn't even cost 10€. That wouldn't have put them out of business....

Thank you for your very fast delivery as usual! Too bad the jar of polish paste was sent dented (despite impeccable packaging).

Poorly packaged products. I received the semi-rigid maintenance kit in a cardboard box with no real protection: the 3 bottles were simply put in a plastic bag with the neck taped to the duct tape and placed in the box like that. Result: 1 bottle out of the three received punctured with half the liquid remaining... I sent a photo and a complaint by e-mail, but no reply to date. First and last order

Parcel never arrived and refusal to refund or return the order !!! I will never order from them again

Hello, I received my order and I have one problem, which is probably normal. The product is very pasty, difficult to apply and leaves a lot of traces.

The yellow pads are very abrasive and very soft and are not like the very hard white ones that you bought on ebay for nothing.

El pedido 016388 fecha 27-9-2018 , total de 338,94 euros, recibido el 02-10-2018, había incluido ""Kit de pulido, Krauss S21 référence 521MenTriSLRup" precio kit 269,40 Eur.., de dicho Kit no se ha recibido "Plateau velcro Diam 125 mm - 5/16 - fixation centale, y recibido Rupes Mousse de lustrage velcro130/150 de color azul "alto corte" cuando deberían de haber enviado el Verde "corte medio" el mismo día 2 avisé a atencion al cliente de Intercash.pro y al servicio de pago Paypal, a día de hoy INTERCASH.PRO no se ha dignado ni a contestar, entiendo el error humano al preparar un envío, NO ENTIENDO que ante la queja por parte de un cliente hayan pasado 2 días y ni tan siquiera han contestado, dando una imagen de muy poca seriedad.

Receive deffective item, 1 week passed no answer.

Nothing to say about the product, it's very good, but the delivery is the problem. My 2 jars are completely dented all over, the cardboard is completely deformed, with a lot of adhesive tape added, which doesn't help much. So just make sure on delivery that the product isn't leaking or punctured.
