I couldn't collect my order because I made a mistake on the first name during shipment, then I didn't receive the new shipment within the time indicated by my contact person. Planned for Saturday but it's Tuesday and still nothing. Not very serious.

I have received nothing ..... Notice of departure on 3/3 and since Mondial Relais no info!!! We are on 11/3 for me it's VOID..... I'm waiting for my equipment which has been paid for 9 days now!!!! For info I claimed at Intercash on 9/3 but response (very polite with phone call) see with Mondial Relais.

site moyen au nivaux livraison et non pas au nivaux qualité de ce qu'il s'y trouve... les produits son excellent mais au nivaux livraison c'est vraiment pas sa du tout....bcp bcp bcp trop long... a régler au plus vite. a bientot.
