i received an order for 2 jars of bi-component glue. the products must not have been sufficiently packaged and one of the jars was damaged at reception. i made a request to the complaints department 5 days ago but still no news...it's double punishment :-((

While the product is very good, the delivery price is good but the delivery itself was very bad. The box the products arrived in was very damaged. The two 5-liter cans of G4 are almost damaged beyond safe use. The cans are so damaged that the contents are now under pressure, making it very difficult to use the contents. G4 is a TOXIC product, the vapors are debilitating and the product is also extremely flammable.
There was no warning of any of this on the box, there were no warnings about keeping the box upright or the toxic contents of G4. I am very concerned because if the G4 boxes had been punctured with fumes and the liquid could have injured the delivery agent. I will leave a negative review on this product.
