I received the semi-rigid maintenance kit in a cardboard box with no real protection: the 3 bottles were simply put in a plastic bag with the neck taped to the duct tape and placed in the box like that. Hello, you placed your order on September 2 at 8:21 pm. We shipped your order on September 3rd at 11h10. In other words, your order was shipped 15 hours after you placed it. I'm looking for the unprofessional part of your order. There was an unsuccessful presentation by post on September 7th. If an order is urgent, you can use Chronopost Relais for 8€ and have next-day delivery in 95% of cases. Unprofessional and incompetent carrier seems a bit excessive to me. Good day. Jean-Francois

There was an unsuccessful delivery attempt on the 18th (3 days to make a delivery to Luxembourg). Since then, the parcel has been made available to you at your post office. Concerning the tracking, you have just sent me an email (as nice as your review) but replying with the tracking email containing the Colissimo link, so you do have the tracking.
